Understanding Minds is pleased to help you with your evaluation needs.

Pursuing an evaluation is often stressful and full of unknowns. For children, adolescents, and young adults in the Atlanta metro area, my Understanding Minds practice takes the mystery out of the evaluation process and commits to a careful understanding of the student's strengths and challenges. Understanding Minds psychoeducational evaluations are based on the School Neuropsychology model; my assessments yield a unique profile of students' strengths and challenges in skill areas that contribute to school success. I commonly evaluate whether students are experiencing learning disorders (reading, math, and/or written language), ADHD, anxiety or mood disorders, autism, or other behavioral, emotional, or social difficulties. Based on the evaluation data, I provide you evidence-based recommendations that are customized for the student.
